HF TRADING

Due to the nature of food and beverage ingredients, all sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• An incorrect item was shipped, or

• The product arrived severely damaged during shipping

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Taste or flavor preference

• Improper storage or handling

• Natural separation, sedimentation, or color variation

• Business performance, resale issues, or customer demand
